Job Description

• Receiving occasional guidance from the leadership or senior professional to carry out their responsibilities;
• Ensuring compliance to local GAAP (Austrian GAAP) and group reporting requirements;
• Interfacing with financial statement auditors and SOx obligations;
• Providing support to management on technical matters;
• Preparing the Statutory KPIs/Analysis for all Intl Entities: dividends, Legal Reserves, Share Capital matters, BS and PL& Analysis, Calendar Obligation;
• Supporting Complex Contracts Analysis, including those under investee entities which impact the Austrian aspects
• Ensuring cross-countries standardization of accounting governance procedures;
• Collaborating with Global Shared Service Centre (Brazil) to improve business deliverables;
• Assisting in internal policies and guidelines compliance;
• Liaising between management needs and statutory requirements.

Experience & Education

• Graduate in Accounting
• Technical certifications desirable (e.g. CPA);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience,
• Experience with Big4 audit firm is desirable;
• Local GAAP (Austrian – UGB) knowledge;
• English fluency is mandatory (German is desirable);
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge;
• Acquaintance to SAP and Hyperion

A gross annual salary of at least €45,000 is offered for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
