We have opening for Customer Center Representatives for our multi-media company. Part-time and Full-time position with flexible and varying schedules.
As a Call Center Representative you will be responding to enrollment services calls, provide responses to questions, mail information in response to request, and refer callers in the event of problems or concerns.
Successful candidates will educate clients on managed care.
Assess client's health care needs and assists clients in choosing a best plans.
Maintain updated knowledge of academic programs.
College degree preferred.
Prefer two years of human services experience or experience dealing with the public.
Knowledge of the community to be served.
Effective communication skills; ability to follow directions.
Proficiency in MS Word and able to type at least 35 wpm.
