Develop, implement, and evaluate the Early Intervention Program in accordance with best practices and professional standards.
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of educators, including conducting performance evaluations and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the quality of the Early Intervention Program.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to children with neurological disorders, as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure that the Early Intervention Program is meeting the needs of each child and their families.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Early Intervention Program, making adjustments as needed to ensure that the program is meeting its goals and objectives.
Manage the resources of the Early Intervention Program, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Always ensure a safe and clean environment including sanitizing toys and equipment.
Attend and participate in staff meetings, staff development, business development and peer sharing.
With 4 to 5 years working experience as EIP Teacher or OT background.
