Online Assistant (included remote) [Canada]


 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively liaise with customers in a contact centre type environment by phone and email to promptly respond to and resolve any queries and issues.
  • Provide friendly, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication.
  • Process all Customers orders in the system and liaise with production on the orders
  • Verification of sales orders and production order documents and data ensuring a high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent, friendly, and clear communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Enjoy following processes and tasks while remaining flexible in your attitude to change.
  • Self-starter with the ability to pick up things quickly.
  • High attention to detail is crucial including accurate data entry skills.
  • Multitasking is an absolute necessity with an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Be able to learn technical aspects of the product ranges
  • Computer literacy including experience is mandatory
  • Pro-active approach with the ability to follow up on unsolved queries.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.55-$27.65 per hour
