Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively liaise with customers in a contact centre type environment by phone and email to promptly respond to and resolve any queries and issues.
- Provide friendly, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication.
- Process all Customers orders in the system and liaise with production on the orders
- Verification of sales orders and production order documents and data ensuring a high level of accuracy.

- Be able to learn technical aspects of the product ranges
- Computer literacy including experience is mandatory
- Pro-active approach with the ability to follow up on unsolved queries.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing tasks.

Salary: $23.55-$27.65 per hour
