Senior Marketing Executive [Vietnam]


 

1. Marketing Activity Management (40%)

1.1 Build understanding and differentiation

  • Country/ branches WTP- HTW strategy
  • Manage quality service innovation project from planning, implementation till evaluation

  • Build holistic customer & consumer insight with competition analysis to anticipate opportunities and potential

1.2 Customer Marketing Development

  • Drive brand visibility & presence in various sectors
  • Collaborating with Sales Force/Operation Team to develop sector & customer – specific solution and embed in activation packages.

2. Communication Channel Management (40%)

  • Investigate / explore various communication channels & opportunities and define effective communication task, targets and budgets
  • Develop integrated communication program from planning, implementation, monitoring till evaluation.
  • Build agency pool and set principle for brand consistency and resource optimization.


3. Marketing Service (20%)

  • Co-author with Operation Head (or FB) to educate Sales on insight/Trend/ Sales Survey
  • Create total insight-based service solution across sectors and build differentiation, selling story, and collaterals including operation team uniform, etc.

Requirements

Education & Training requirements

  • College/University graduated with major of business administration or marketing or equivalent.

Experience requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in a service oriented company, preferably B2B

Required Skills & Technique

  • English fluently
  • Good exposure in Marketing Communication is a plus
  • Good data analysis skill
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Well planning and organization skills, with attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks and to make time effectively
  • Be mature, able to work under pressure and multi-task in a changing environment, must demonstrate an ability to work with cross-functional team.
  • Be proactive, friendly and self-motivated person
  • Demonstrated “can do” attitude with fast learning ability
