The Property and Corporate Affairs & Sustainability teams are passionate professionals who work collaboratively with the broader business. As well as providing daily assistance to the General Manager of Property and the General Manager of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you will also provide daily support to their direct reports and the broader teams across Kmart Group. Please note, this is a five month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing
As an Executive Assistant working for Kmart Group, you will:
- Provide timely and prioritised administrative and executive assistant support to the General Managers of Property, and Corporate Affairs & Sustainability.
- Support a great team culture and foster collaboration across the broader teams and all areas of the business that you engage with.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Help to administrate all people related cyclical activities, such as performance reviews, engagement survey actions etc.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience that includes, diary management, booking meetings and team workshops, writing agendas, minute taking and writing board reports.
- The ability to show initiative and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with all stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail when it comes to booking travel, managing financial budget and reconciling expenses.
- Be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams and Outlook.
