Front desk Officer/Book keeper [Nigeria]


 

CLIENT: SPA

LOCATION: IKOYI, LAGOS

ROLE TITLE: BOOK KEEPER (front desk officer)

The client is looking to hire a book keeper who will also support the front desk officer from time to time as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that customers are well received and attended to

- Ensure customers are satisfied with the services the company renders

  • Record day to day financial transactions in the spa
  • Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
  • Follow up with clients to check that they are satisfied

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service officer with book keeping experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication abilities

- Proximity to Company location is advised

Work schedule: Tuesdays to Fridays (9:30 am - 7pm), Sundays (3pm-6pm)

Salary: #85,000 - #100,000
