As a Senior Product Manager for FNZ, you will be responsible for managing the cloud delivery, operations, support, and automation of our FNZ Studio platform, targeting consumers in the financial services industry. Leveraging the power of our cutting-edge technology, you will create outstanding experiences for all platform users while leading the product lifecycle from concept to design, launch, and continuous evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and drive the cloud delivery strategy for our platform in the cloud.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop cloud delivery strategies, from research to concept, design, implementation, and rollout.
- Drive alignment regarding strategy and roadmap for cloud automation, operation, support, and release processes.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, needs, and opportunities, and use this to guide cloud delivery and automation initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.
Requirements:
- Product management: 5 years + Demonstrated experience in product management, including defining product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Cloud expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure) and experience working with cloud services and technologies.
- Automation and delivery: Proficiency in automation technologies and methodologies, such as DevOps, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery), and infrastructure as code.
- Technical acumen: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively, collaborate with engineering teams, and make informed decisions based on technical considerations.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive product initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs, define requirements, and devise innovative solutions.
- Structural thinking: Experience in designing and implementing organizational processes, ideally for platform engineering, DevOps, or support functions.
- Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Market and industry knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing, automation, and delivery practices, and have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
