Fully remote within Europe.
We are now looking for a HR Analyst to join the global HR-Team of an international company in Lund, Sweden. The goal is to analyze and implement already existing local HR-policies on a global scale. Implementation start in Europe second Americas third in MENA and last APAC.
Your daily task may include:
- Working with HR Country Services (also known as Local HR) providing support in explaining the Global Policy, Local Procedure Template and Exception Process.
- Review finalized templates to confirm correctness, or request modifications until correctness is reached.
- Review and analyze exceptions to either escalate as needed to the Steering Group or align locally if not a Project exception but rather a local decision not dependent on the project.
- Confirm to HR Workstream Lead and Project Team once Local Procedure and Exceptions are finalized and signed locally.
- Run analysis on multiple files to match Employee information with respective cars.
Requierd skills:
- Experience with global scale projects/jobs and understands how global requirements should be implemented locally
- Experience with governance and understands exception management
- GAP Analysis
- Fluent in English.
