Key responsibilities
· Supervise the machines making any necessary adjustments to produce the highest quality product.
· A keen eye for detail and an ability to work under pressure to meet production targets and customer demands.
· Examine visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment at regular intervals to ensure machines are producing highest quality products, making adjustments as needed.
· Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.
· Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up.
· Use regulated cleaning solutions to properly maintain and clean equipment on a regular basis.
· Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn out components.
· On the job training will be provided and the opportunity to upskill and increase pay rate is encouraged.

· Strong quality focus, regulated environment, experience of BRC and ISO standards an advantage.

- High motivation, flexibility, and ability to work on own initiative.
- 3 cycle 8 hours shift pattern.
